Automotive Dealer - Legends of Motorsports create historic Jaguar E-Type racing series : Celebrations of the 50th Anniversary of the E-Type Jaguar keep on coming and this time it is the Legends of Motorsports powered by HMSA who will putting on the Jaguar North America E-TYPE Challenge.
The three event Jaguar North America E-TYPE Challenge Series will consist of three events from which an overall champion will be crowned at the conclusion of the challenge, along with The Spirit of Jaguar and Drivers Choice Awards. The intent is to reward those participants for on-track performance, and the entries that celebrate the legacy of the Jaguar E-Type over its 50 years of existence as well as the combination of driver and owner that most embodies the Spirit of the Jaguar E-Type.
The Jaguar North America E-TYPES Challenge will launch its championship at The Kohler International Challenge at Road America July 14-17, continue at The Monterey Motorsports Reunion at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca August 19-21 and culminate with the crowning of a challenge champion at the Lime Rock Historic Festival 29 presented by Jaguar, September 2-5. Each of the venues will showcase the iconic Jaguar E-Type through special run groups and Featured Marque Celebrations. Legends of Motorsports will sanction The Jaguar North America E-TYPE Challenge at each venue and manage all participant and competition matters.
